About iPhoneography NYC

As I find myself taking photos of the world around me with my iPhone nearly every day, I felt I needed a platform specifically for this new medium.

I began Photoblogging at the beginning of 2005 (currently at 24gotham.com), and I remain devoted to taking great pictures of New York City with my D80. However, I found I wanted a place to showcase just the images taken with my iPhone... A place where I can post new images on the fly within minutes of taking them. Where I don't have to play by any preconceived rules... Where I can use the various apps to my hearts desire... So, here is where I will keep em coming. I do hope you will subscribe to my page and return often.

When I got my first iPhone in July of 2007, I wasn't terribly impressed with the camera... And truthfully, it wasn't much. However, when the Apps store opened in 2008, everything changed, and suddenly a new world of imagery began to take shape on my iPhone. I upgraded to the 3GS and unless otherwise noted, all images here are from the 3GS.
